Can I freeze it?
Yes. The Wagyu A5 freezes perfectly without losing its marbling or texture. We ship all cuts vacuum-sealed, ready to go straight to the freezer as soon as they arrive at your door.
To defrost, move the cut to the refrigerator about 24–36 hours before cooking. Never at room temperature or in hot water — the slow process preserves the juices and intramuscular fat that make this meat unique.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We ship Monday to Friday with guaranteed cold delivery. Orders placed before 11:00 AM ship the same day — those placed after will ship the next day.
The insulated packaging maintains the cold chain during transit, so your order will arrive in perfect condition regardless of the delivery time.
How is it cooked?
The Wagyu A5 needs no embellishments. Take the piece out of the fridge 20–30 minutes before to reach room temperature. Heat a pan over high heat — without oil, the fat from the Wagyu is enough.
Sear for 60–90 seconds on each side. The ideal doneness is between rare and medium. Let the meat rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Coarse salt just before serving. Nothing more.
