Shipping Times and Days 📦

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Thursday.
• Orders placed before 11:30 AM are shipped the same day, with delivery within 48h via DHL Express.
• Deliveries take place Tuesday to Friday.
• Orders placed on Thursday (after 11:30 AM), Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Costs 🚚

• Orders from €0 to €250 → €19.90 shipping
• Orders from €250 → Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order amount.

Delivery and Customer Responsibility ⏰

Deliveries are made via DHL Express within the scheduled timeframe.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the order during the delivery window.
If the package cannot be received, Wagyu BCN is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration resulting from a failed delivery attempt.

Temperature-Controlled Transport ❄️

All shipments are sent via DHL Express in an insulated box specifically designed to maintain the cold chain for up to 48 hours, ensuring consistent temperature control throughout transit.
Each order is supervised and approved in accordance with current Food Safety regulations, ensuring compliance with European food transport standards.

Holidays and Non-Working Days 📅

Delivery times may be affected by national, regional, or local holidays, both at origin and destination. If a delivery coincides with a non-working day, it will be made on the next available business day.

In these cases, especially for refrigerated or frozen products, extended transit time may affect the optimal preservation conditions of the product.

Wagyu BCN is not responsible for any alterations resulting from delays caused by holidays, as these are factors beyond our control.

We recommend checking the condition of your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately in case of any issue.

That said, our team will assess each case individually to offer the best possible solution.
