Our products are perishable goods, so we do not accept returns or process refunds once an order has left our temperature-controlled facility. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products in the best possible condition for quality and food safety.
Issues or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@wagyubcn.com, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will review your case as a priority and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.
Delivery Conditions
All orders are shipped under strict temperature control (2–4°C) to preserve product quality. Slight thawing upon delivery is completely normal and does not affect the safety or quality of the Wagyu.
